Data from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) reveals a shortfall of over 500,000 beds, creating an unmet need in the market. In response, savvy property developers are seizing the opportunity to address this housing gap, offering a diverse range of affordable student accommodations at various price points.
As we enter the fifth year, the Affordable Student Housing Summit is poised to explore the opportunities, trends, and challenges shaping the student housing market.
